The Presidency has announced the signing of nine cooperation instruments between Namibia and China on 3 and 10 July 2026.

The agreements and memoranda cover areas including economic partnership, healthcare, technical education, green minerals, human resources development, tourism, agriculture, and technology.

The signed documents include a framework agreement on economic partnership, hospital cooperation, a protocol enabling the export of fresh table grapes to China, and cooperation initiatives on satellite technology and smart city development.
