A 20-year-old Namibian man has been arrested following the alleged rape of a 76-year-old woman at Omuhongo-Onanyama village in the Epembe area.
According to crime report, the incident allegedly occurred between 02:00 and 03:00 on Friday, 4 September 2026, when the suspect reportedly entered the pensioner’s sleeping room and had sexual intercourse with her without her consent.
The suspect is in police custody, while investigations into the case continue.
