FNB Namibia has announced the appointment of Colaindunn von Luttichau as Head of Private Clients and Private Wealth, effective 1 June 2026.

Von Luttichau has built an extensive career in banking and financial services, with experience spanning corporate banking, credit, structured lending, business strategy and client relationship management.

Prior to her appointment, she served as Head of Premium Growth at FNB Namibia, where she was responsible for driving strategic growth and value creation across the Premium segment.

In this role, she led initiatives focused on client acquisition, portfolio growth, specialised lending, customer retention and the optimisation of client value across the Platinum, Private Clients and Private Wealth portfolios.

Her career includes senior leadership roles in credit and corporate banking, providing her with a distinctive combination of commercial, relationship management, lending and risk expertise.

This breadth of experience positions her well to lead a private banking business where success increasingly depends on balancing personalised client engagement with sound financial stewardship and strategic growth.

In recent years, FNB Namibia’s Private Clients and Private Wealth business has received multiple international accolades, including recognition from Euromoney as Namibia’s Best International Private Bank, reflecting the strength of its client proposition, advisory capabilities, digital innovation and specialist expertise.

Alna Booysen, Head of Consumer and Premium at FNB Namibia, said the appointment reflects the bank’s commitment to ensuring its private banking business remains well positioned to meet the evolving needs of clients.

“Our Private Clients and Private Wealth businesses have built a strong reputation for delivering specialised advice and tailored financial solutions to some of Namibia’s most successful individuals, families and entrepreneurs,” she said.

Von Luttichau’s broad banking experience and strategic perspective positions her well to build on that momentum and lead the business through its next phase of growth.

Commenting on her appointment, von Luttichau said she is excited by the opportunity to support a growing segment of Namibians who are building businesses, creating wealth and shaping the country’s economic future.
