A 19-year-old man, Abrosius Tangeni Nghifikepunye, was allegedly stabbed to death during a violent incident at Omapeleki Location in Oluhwa village, Okaku, in the early hours of Saturday.

According to police reports, the incident occurred on Saturday at around 01h15 when the victim was allegedly stabbed with an okapi knife by a 15-year-old male suspect.

The motive behind the stabbing remains unknown at this stage.

Nghifikepunye was declared dead following the attack, and his next of kin has been informed.

The suspect, a minor, is in police custody as investigations into the circumstances surrounding the incident continue.
