Koryx Copper S.A. has confirmed the completion of its move from British Columbia, Canada, to Luxembourg following approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
The company said the continuation was completed under section 308 of the Business Corporations Act of British Columbia.
Koryx also confirmed its name change from Koryx Copper Inc. to Koryx Copper S.A. after receiving approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
The company’s shares started trading under the new name on 27 March 2026 while keeping the “KRY” ticker symbol on the exchange.
Koryx said its shares were assigned a new CUSIP number of L5S2AP105 and a new ISIN number of LU3306723589 effective 26 March 2026.
The company is focused on developing its wholly owned Haib Copper Project in southern Namibia and building a portfolio of copper exploration licences in Zambia.
Koryx described the Haib project as an advanced copper, molybdenum and gold project at the preliminary economic assessment stage.
More than 120 000 metres of drilling have been completed at the project since the 1970s.
Companies including Rio Tinto, Teck and Falconbridge previously carried out exploration and development work at the site.
Koryx said further studies are underway to position Haib as a possible long-life, low-cost open-pit sulphide flotation copper project with future potential for copper production through heap leaching.
The company said mineralisation at Haib is typical of a porphyry copper deposit and mainly contains chalcopyrite, with smaller amounts of bornite and chalcocite.
Koryx added that Haib is one of only a few known Paleoproterozoic porphyry copper deposits in the world and one of only two identified in southern Africa.
