An Angolan man was arrested after he allegedly poured alcohol on a police officer’s uniform while refusing to turn down loud music in Rehoboth on Friday night.
The incident happened around 23:30 in Block E, where police said the suspect allegedly insulted and threatened the officer after being instructed to lower the volume.
The suspect, was arrested for allegedly resisting, obstructing and threatening a police officer while the officer was carrying out official duties.
He is expected to appear before the Rehoboth Magistrate’s Court on Monday as Police investigations continue.
