The combined market value of the 122 482 vested linked units was approximately N$1.67 million.
Oryx said the vested linked units will be transferred to and registered in the name of Grace Spartan Investments (Pty) Ltd, a company through which both directors hold their interests.
Jooste owns 83% of the issued share capital of Grace Spartan Investments, while Heunis owns the remaining 17%.
The transfer remains pending and will be effected upon settlement in accordance with the settlement procedures of the Namibia Securities Exchange.
Oryx said the transfer will not change the beneficial ownership of the linked units and does not constitute a disposal of, or change in, the directors’ beneficial interests in the company’s securities.
The directors will remain the beneficial owners of the linked units in the same proportions in which the units vested in their names.
The transactions were disclosed in accordance with paragraphs 3.63 and 3.65 of the Namibia Securities Exchange Listings Requirements.
