THE Namibian police have confirmed that a medical doctor from Rehoboth as one of the persons who died in a car accident that claimed the life of another man last night around 23h00.
Nampol Spokesperson, Chief Inspector Elifas Kuwinga, confirmed to the Windhoek Observers that the deceased have been identified as Tavaziva Musariri, 43,medical Dr and Adrian van Wyk, 39. It is reported that Musariri was driving a BMW in the direction of Rehoboth when he collided head on with van Wyk’s Kia, travelling in the opposite direction.
“Both drivers were the only occupants in the vehicles and died on the spot. The bodies were entrapped in the wreckage and the jaws of life machine was used to remove both bodies,” Kuwinga says. The victims’ next of kin have been informed.
