Eba Kandovazu THE Windhoek Magistrate’s Court today sentenced a man to a suspended sentence of eight months for stealing a cellphone of a clerk at the court. The convict, Denzel van Wyk, 39, yesterday admitted guilt when he made his first court appearance on the theft case. Van Wyk reportedly stole Johaness Kondjeleni’s (court clerk) IPhone 13, worth N$19 000 last Thursday from his desk at the court and sold it for N$200.
