Shaningwa accused of unlawful withdrawal of N$2.5 million

Erasmus Shalihaxwe Swapo Secretary for Economic Affairs Bernadette Jagger has summoned party member, Pedro Mwenyo to provide evidence on the allegations he made that the party Secretary General Sophia Shaningwa, has acted unprocedural when she withdrew N$ 2.5 million from the bank account of one of the party’s companies.Jagger who is a Member of Parliament and also serves as Deputy Minister of Gender Equality, Poverty Eradication and Child Welfare, said Mwenyo made the allegations through social media and cited Tuyenikelao Nicanor as the custodian of evidence that the Secretary-General withdrew an amount of N$2.5 million from a certain party enterprise…
