Special Correspondent SADC national parliaments under the umbrella of the SADC Parliamentary Forum have for years been committed to helping their countries achieve Universal Health Coverage (UHC). The World Health Organisation (WHO) defines UHC as access to health services that people need, when and where they need it, without financial hardship.
