Stefanus Nashama The Regional Councillor of the Okorukambe Constituency, Rocco Nguvauva, claims that the allegations of physical assault and beating against the former Omaheke governor, Festus Ueitele, made by the former Omaheke Swapo Women's League regional coordinator, Bianca Van Wyk, are baseless.
