Erasmus Shalihaxwe Maximalliant Katjimune, a Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) member of Parliament, has criticised the government for introducing the Public Gatherings and Public Processions Bill. He described the bill as an oppressive law that is in violation of the Namibian Constitution.
