President Hage Geingob came to the Presidency in 2005 with an impressive record as the architect of Namibia’s public service and there were high hopes that he would build a value system consistent to what he did with the civil service. He was seen as the one who would lead the ‘Namibian Renaissance’, President Geingob’s ardent critic, Professor Joseph Diescho, told the Windhoek Observer.
