Martin Endjala Following the high volume of holiday travelers, opportunistic long-haul operators have resorted to overcharging passengers returning from holiday. This was revealed by the Namibia Bus and Taxi Association (NABTA) Secretary General, Pendapala Nakathingo in an interview with the Windhoek Observer.
