Hertta-Maria Amutenja Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) leader, McHenry Venaani has expressed concerns regarding the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform’s decision to enlist external consultants for the feasibility study of the second phase of the Neckartal Dam Irrigation Project.
