There are currently 313 fugitives on the run in the country, Windhoek Observer can exclusively reveal. According to statistics provided by the Office of the Inspector-General of the Namibian Police among the fugitives is one woman with the rest being men. The fugitives are on the run for committing various crimes including murder, rape, housebreaking, stock theft, armed robbery, forgery, assault, immigration, arms and ammunition, possession of protected game products, counterfeit, bestiality, human trafficking and possession and dealing with drugs.
