PRESIDENTIAL Economic Advisor, James Mnyupe, who is also the Green Hydrogen Commissioner, has been assigned to manage the Green Hydrogen (GH2) Implementation Authority Office at the Ministry of Mines and Energy under the GH2 Namibia Program.
