Martin Endjala Landless People’s Movement member of Parliament Utaara Mootu is calling on the government to professionalise sport in Namibia to improve the standard of athletes in the country for them to perform at the highest levels. Mootu says the country has an abundance of talent but the lack of well-structured scouting programs to discover youngsters across the country.
