Khomas Governor criticises government vehicle moratorium

Hertta-Maria Amutenja Khomas Regional Governor, Laura McLeod-Katjirua, has expressed dissatisfaction with the government’s vehicle moratorium, stating that it has adversely impacted service delivery for the council.
