Stefanus Nashama Popular Democratic Movement Parliamentarian, Inna Hengari, has proposed for the government to thoroughly consider the bill concerning funding for regional and constituency development. The proposal is also directed to Erastus Uutoni, the Minister of Urban and Rural Development.
