Martin Endjala Three police officers were arrested this week on a charge of murder, following the death of 59-year-old Negumbo Embashu, a former Police Officer who was reportedly shot by the cops-turned-suspects,Moses Titus (38), Abisayi Julius (67) and Sam Iikela (39). Oshana Acting Regional Commander Deputy Commissioner Ottilie Kashuupulwa in an interview with the Windhoek Observer confirmed that the suspects appeared in court on charges of murder and their case has been postponed to 17 May 2023.
