Niël Terblanché THE World Food Programme (WFP) in Namibia has for the past three years gradually moved its focus from food assistance through procurement and distribution to piloting livelihood projects that are aimed at contributing to improved food and nutrition security and sustainable food systems. In this regard, the WFP works closely with various ministries and government agencies to promote livelihood projects.
