Niël Terblanché The Southern African Editors Forum (SAEF) called on the President of Zambia, Hakainde Hichilema to uphold his commitment to press freedom in the country. The forum expressed deep concern over the repeated arrests of Zambian investigative journalist Thomas Allan Zgambo.
