Lady Justice Marlene Antoinette Tommasi was formally sworn in as an acting judge of the High Court on 1 September 2026.
Her appointment is effective from 1 September until 31 December 2026.
The oath of office was administered in Oshakati by Deputy Judge-President Justice Hannelie Prinsloo.
Justice Tommasi will serve at the High Court’s Northern Local Division in Oshakati during her four-month appointment.
