Namibia Wildlife Resort (NWR) Managing Director Matthias Ngwangwama said the company has done research, and the outcome revealed that its employees are not paid market-related salaries.
NWR signed a memorandum of agreement with the workers’ labour union Namibia Public Workers Union which will see recommendations for salary adjustment implemented this year to pay employees market-related salaries.
The agreement was on Tuesday at NWR head office.
