Two men from outside the borders of Namibia were the lucky winners of the bonus draw of the Namibia Property Raffle project.
Alex Zavatoni from the United States won N$12 000 and a South African, Ruan Fourie, bagged N$8 000 in the draw barely five weeks after the launch of Namibia’s biggest ever raffle with an eventual prize with a combined value of a whopping N$29 million. The big pot is two valuable properties inside the Windhoek city boundaries.
Basil Smit, owner of namibiapropertyraffle.com, said the integrity of the raffle was now demonstrated and the fact that two people from outside Namibia won, is proof of the international character of the project.
“I hope at the end of the day, the grand prizes will go to deserved people, wherever in the world they were when they bought their N$1500 tickets,” he saidHe also expressed his satisfaction with the systems and procedures of the raffle and said as a first truly Namibian development of an internet-based sales platform with real-time transactions on view.
“We’ve shown that our developers are right up there with the best,” he said. The final draw of winners is scheduled for 1 December 2023.
Namibians and social media content developers in the diaspora can earn a handsome income from the five percent commission on sales by participating in the affiliate marketers’ programme without actually buying tickets for the raffle.
Prospective affiliate marketers should follow the instructions on the website.
