Police seek public assistance to locate missing 43-year-old man

The Namibian Police are appealing to the public for assistance in locating a 43-year-old man who went missing in Mondesa on Saturday.

According to Mondesa Police Station, Leonard Itete Keib was last seen at ERF 2752 Tiras Street, Mondesa, between 16h00 and 17h00 on 19 July.

He reportedly left his home and did not return. He was later seen at Swakopmund State Hospital at around 18h00 wearing a black jacket with red stripes and black track pants with white stripes.

Keib is a Namibian male of average height and build, with a dark complexion. He speaks Damara-Nama and family members have indicated that he is mentally unfit.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Detective Inspector Cletius Kabuku on 081 391 0671, or to report to the nearest police station. The police investigation is ongoing.
