THE Nambia Football Association (NFA) as part of its Strategic Development goals will be hosting the NFA C Licence Coaching Course in Rundu from August 15 –24.
Participants attending this course will be provided with the necessary knowledge, techniques, and strategies to excel in coaching and enhance their effectiveness in working with athletes.
The course is a significant step in advancing a coaching career in both the Kavango East and West Regions, and the NFA believes it will greatly contribute to the professional development and enhance skills.
The NFA C License Coaching Course, is organised by the Namibia Football Association, in conjunction with regional members, the North East First Division and the Kavango East Football Region as part of skills transfer in the organisation of the course.
Regional coordinators are seconded to NFA appointed Coordinator experts to be able to organise similar events in the future.
NFA says it understands the importance of giving opportunities to individuals and organisation they work for, towards their professional growth.
The course will be conducted by National Coach Educators, Jaqueline Shipanga and William Kapukare, assisted by local Instructor and former COSAFA U17 Champion Coach, Pauhl Malembu.
Pauhl Malibu is one of the upcoming Coach Educators who are being groomed to expand on the Regional Coach Educators in the country.
According to Shipanga, Malembu is way mature for his age and is a great professional with high work ethic.
“The Kavango Regions are very lucky to have him amongst their midst. Malembu has great experience with Women Football having being the coach of the former Windhoek College of Education Head Coach, Amateacher Teacher Ladies FC Head Coach and of the recent Under 17 NSSU team that travelled to Germany Westfalen,” she said.
