DStv and GOtv have launched a new “Movies Showcase” that will bring a wide range of films to viewers from June to August.
The seasonal offering features blockbuster movies, popular favourites and classic films across various genres.
The showcase aims to provide viewers with a steady stream of entertainment that families and friends can enjoy together at home.
The platforms, operated by MultiChoice Group, said the campaign is focused on creating “must-watch” viewing experiences that audiences can enjoy together, with films that spark conversation long after the credits roll.
The line-up includes international titles such as Spider-Man: Far From Home, You Got Served, Playing with Fire and the award-winning musical Wicked.
Other films featured in the showcase include Rampage, Plane, Demolition Man and Shotgun Wedding.
DStv viewers can look forward to a packed June schedule on channels such as TNT Africa, Movie Room, KIX, Cartoon Network and M-Net.
Featured titles include Fist of Fury, The SpongeBob Movie and The Dark Knight Rider.
GOtv subscribers will also have access to a range of films across channels, including MovieRoom, TNT Africa, KIX and MM.
The showcase offers a mix of action, comedy, drama, family entertainment and classic films aimed at a variety of audiences.
DStv and GOtv said the Movies Showcase is designed to provide viewers with entertainment throughout the winter season, with films that bring together memorable stories, familiar characters and popular movie moments.
