This follows a Windhoek High Court ruling requiring Kadhikwa to cover the legal costs of Shapwa Tangeni Kanyama and his wife, Beata. Judge Beatrix de Jager recently ordered Kadhikwa to cover the Kanyamas’ wasted legal costs on the scale of one instructing and one instructed legal practitioner, leading to the attachment of her assets.
