Staff Writer Two women from Omeege village were denied bail in the Oshakati Magistrate’s Court yesterday after they appeared on rape charges. The suspects, Anatolia Petrus (29) and Rauha Pinhas (33) allegedly raped a 22-year-old man, who is mentally challenged, on different occasions. The rape incidences occurred between May and June this year. Staff Writer Last weekend, six people committed suicide in various parts of the country the latest police crime report indicated. An 80 year-old man from Onanghulo village in Eenhana district forms part of these staggering statistics after he hanged himself with a rope yesterday.
