Brave Warriors Ready to make a mark at AFCON 2024

The Tafel Lager Brave Warriors are gearing up for the 2024 TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) under the guidance of Coach Collin Benjamin.

Coach Benjamin has trimmed down the squad to 23 players, whose responsibility is to ensure that Namibia make a significant impact in Cote D’Ivoire.

The selected squad is a mix of seasoned players and emerging talents. The likes of Loydt Kazapua, Ryan Nyambe, Denzil Haoseb, Ivan Kamberipa, Charles Hambira, Absalom Iimbondi, Petrus Shitembi, Marcell Papama, Deon Hotto, Peter Shalulile, and Joslin Kamatuka bring their weight of their previous AFCON journey in 2019, offering a wealth of experience and a competitive edge to the team.

Coach Benjamin has shown confidence in the players, emphasizing their collective ambition and individual skills as the driving force behind their pursuit of greatness. The challenge awaiting the Brave Warriors in Group E is difficult, featuring opponents like Tunisia, Mali, and South Africa.
