Clifton Movirongo The Ministry of Mines and Energy maintains that it will not approve phosphate mining in the country without scientific data that can prove that no harm will be done to marine life. Allegedly, he entered into an agreement with a property developer without council approval, a decision which may have implications of over N$2 million. Clifton Movirongo The Ministry of Home Affairs has received government approval to increase passport application fees by 100 percent. The cabinet approval will see fees increase from the current N$200 to N$400.
