The regional council revealed this during its Annual Plan and Review Workshop for the 2020/21 financial year that was held at Tsumeb from 25-29 April. Staff Writer The City of Windhoek has revealed that residents, government ministries and businesses collectively owe the council N$1.2 billion. Obrein Simasiku The Ministry of Mines and Energy has reduced some levies collected on fuel by 50 and 25 percent to give a price relieve to motorists. The reduction in the levies will lead to a price drop of N$1.20 for petrol and 30 cents for diesel.
