Martin Endjala The previous Boundary Delimitation and Demarcation Commission decision in 1990 to make the Mukwe constituency part of Caprivi, the now-Zambezi region, was politically motivated. This is according to Rundu Rural Constituency councillor Paulus Mbangu.
