Martin Endjala National Assembly Speaker, Peter Katjavivi has called on all Namibians to respect and guard the country’s constitution, which is a fundamental aspect that governs the rights and freedom of all citizens. “Let us continue to respect and guard the Constitution of the Republic of Namibia, so as to galvanize peace, stability and harmony in our country”, the speaker echoed in commemoration of the Namibian constitution which was adopted on the very same day in 1990.
