Momentum Metropolitan Namibia has been named best life company in Momentum Group’s Africa segment for the third consecutive year.

The recognition is based on the performance of the group’s businesses in Africa and extends Namibia’s record of consecutive wins in the category.

Momentum Metropolitan Namibia chief executive officer, Sakaria Nghikembua attributed the achievement to the collective efforts of the company’s financial advisers, sales leaders, support teams and executive leadership.

“This award belongs to our entire Namibia team. Our success is built on consistency, discipline and a deep commitment to our clients,” Nghikembua said.

He said the company’s financial advisers play a central role in helping Namibians make financial decisions aimed at protecting their families and securing their financial futures.

Nghikembua said the latest recognition was significant because Namibia continued to perform strongly alongside the group’s other African businesses.

“This recognition inspires us to keep raising the bar, developing our people and, above all, continuing to earn the trust of our clients,” he said.

Momentum Group international CEO Lulama Booi said Namibia’s sustained performance reflected the strength of its local leadership and workforce.

“Namibia’s consistent excellence demonstrates what is possible when strong local leadership, talented people and a clear focus on clients come together,” Booi said.

She said being named best life company in the Africa segment for three consecutive years demonstrated the strength and maturity of the Namibian business.

Booi added that the achievement highlighted the value of combining local market expertise with the broader capabilities and scale of Momentum Group.

Momentum Metropolitan Namibia said the award also reflected the work carried out through client engagements, financial planning and efforts to provide families with greater financial security.
