Mining companies Paladin Energy Limited and B2Gold Corp have announced the dates for the release of their latest financial and operational results, with both companies also scheduling investor conference calls to discuss their performance.
Paladin Energy said it will release its quarterly results for the period ended 30 June 2026 on Wednesday, 22 July 2026.
The results will be published on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) platform and will also be available on the SEDAR+ platform.
The company will host a conference call on the same day to discuss the quarterly performance.
Investors and analysts are required to register in advance to participate in the live teleconference, while a recording of the presentation will be made available on the company’s website after the event.
Meanwhile, B2Gold said it will release its second-quarter 2026 financial and operational results after the close of North American markets on 6 August 2026.
Senior executives of the gold producer will host a conference call on Friday, 7 August 2026, to discuss the results with investors and analysts.
Participants are encouraged to register in advance to receive dial-in details and a unique access PIN, although registration will remain open throughout the call.
The company will also make a replay of the conference available for two weeks following the event.
The announcement was issued on behalf of the company by president and chief executive officer Clive T. Johnson.
Both companies maintain external company registrations in Namibia and are listed on the Namibian Stock Exchange (NSX), with IJG Securities (Pty) Ltd serving as their local sponsor.
Paladin’s Namibian registered office is in Swakopmund, while B2Gold’s registered office is located in Windhoek.
Paladin has a 75% stake in Langer Heinrich Mine, in the Erongo Region, which is a strategic tier one uranium asset with a long-life operation.
The uranium mined and processed at the Langer Heinrich is being used to resource nuclear power plants, helping drive the global energy transition to a low carbon future.
B2Gold Corp owns the Otjikoto mine near Otavi, which is the largest gold producer in the country.
Open pit mining operations at the Otjikoto mine concluded in the third quarter of 2025 after over a decade of production, while underground mining operations at the Wolfshag underground mine are expected to continue into 2027.
Exploration results received to date indicate the potential to extend underground production at Wolfshag past 2027, supplementing the processing operations into 2032 when economically viable stockpiles are forecast to be exhausted.
